Migraines and dereization

So I get pretty bad migraines because of my sinusitis and I've found that during my migraines I'm always derealised but not as anxious if I can keep it under control. Anyone else get this?

Yeah possibly... Trying to find anything that can ease it, well just derealization in general tbh! Anything I've missed or I'm not doing
