I developed anxiety after a post traumatic event. I get anxiety and panic a lot. I bought a book "The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook - Fourth Edition" by edmund j. bourne. This book has been helping me a lot with coping with and hopefully in the end to reduce my anxiety. It's not the 100% answer but it does help. Just thought i'd pass it along incase anyone was looking for a self help solution.
