Wellbutrin for anxiety/weight loss

Hey guys!

Really need some advice! I'm currently on prozac 20mg for anxiety but have gain a good amount of weight!! So my doctor have me the option to switch to Wellbutrin which has been known to not really cause weight gain...

Question: did Wellbutrin help for anxiety and weightloss???? Please let me know....means a lot
