Let's say it's a panic atack...i feel from out of nowhere a sudden fear with catastrophic thought and a nervous preasure on my chest like an irritation and my hands and legs are trembling inside like after a strong coffee ...lightheadnes ....BUT when I always checked the blood preasure and heart rate they are normal (bp 10-12.5/5-7 and hr 60-94) it's wierd not cause I want to be different but looks like the body it's not reacting but I feel scared and fell like thy are modified. What sould I belive ?
