Haven't been on here in a while really... Whooo! :p

Just woke up from an awful dream right now though and this is the most anxious i've felt in a long time, can't seem to calm down at all. :( Bahhh! Any tips?
Or if anyone feel like messaging, that would be cool as well, that takes my mind of it.
