Hearts been racing lately. Woke up this morning and felt it going pretty fast. Put my pulse checker on my finger and it was around 110 bpm. Is this dangerously high? That lasted about an hour then went away but can now feel it coming back. Horrible scary feeling!

No, not dangerous on it's own.

Never hurts getting checked out though. An EKG/ blood pressure check only takes a few moments really.

I was exercising pretty hard today for 40mins. I was up in the hundreds near enough that whole time. You're not too dissimilar to someone exercising a tonne. Won't make you feel so hot though!

Dr Mercula goes upto 180bpm. Don't think I've ever been that high! He tries to stay there for a while.

If it's regular you might wanna consider some beta blockers to help that.

Also working out where the stress is coming from will help :)

Heart problems are annoying, just having it there pounding your chest not going away, being all weird!

No it won't kill you, I have a benign heart thing and mine goes up to 170 at times, very uncomfortable but If that won't kill me. It won't kill you.
