I started suffering from anxiety last October after suffering from a virus for 2 months, it has left me feeling very frightend and scared that i am going to collapse and die. I have good and bad days, did purchase the Linden Method as i did not want to be put on any medication and found this very helpful especially listening to the visulazation cd's seems to take my mind off my anxiety for a short time.

Has any one else tried the Linden Method?

I haven't tried the Linden Method. I think that I (and MANY others) am turned off by the high price AND the fact that they are SO hush-hush on the website about exactly what the method entails.

The Linden Method is quite expensive i agree, but anything is worth a try, you see i do not want to take any medication for my anxiety.

i want to try and beat it without having to take any pills, it's all about retraining your brain not to be anxious! i was so anxious before my legs would feel so weak and shake and i used to check my pulse all the time, but i don't do that any more, i still get anxious but nothing like i used too.
i also find cutting out caffeine helps and i drink about 3-4 cups of cammomile tea a day.

i still get horrible thoughts though i am waiting to see a counseller.

There ae other drug-free ways to beat anxiety besides the Linden Method. Cheaper, too.
