I have had anxiety/panic attacks since I was 19 (I'm 47 now). Now, it is changing to social phobia and agoraphobia. I do take medicine and have tried accupunture, counseling, religion, etc. Any suggestions to help besides meds? Thank u in advance. Completely sick of this disability!!!! Enough already!!!

Welcome friend!!!
What medications do you presently take and do you still have a therapist or councelor to speak too???...Usually, gotta find a good one and that takes time.
What country are you in?? It helps us to reply because we know the "different" types of health care protocol in different places....
E-Man..:)

I am on buspar, visteral, depacote, wellbutrin, Xanax and zyprexa (whew!). I really don't see any effect w/buspar or visteral. I see a counseler and a nurse practioner but I would like to see a psychiatrist (all in one doc) so I could be medicated properly according to my input and concern during all my counseling sessions but this little city I live in does not have one - closest one is 60 miles away and I don't know if I could drive that far (unless I take a couple Xanax).

go have a look at https://www.anxietycentre.com/
This looks like an awesome sight Kev. Thank you!!! Other options are all around us, we just need to investigate them and trust ourselves with the particular way that works for us. Be patient with yourself, a little space, and time and patience allows breakthroughs to happen. Peace
