Hi all,I am lying awake with pains in my chest and arm,I am worried this is the end,I only went to sleep half an hour ago,now I am awake again-I really hate this.:-(

I'd suggest you see a doctor about these symptoms first. If it's just anxiety, then it could be a lot of things causing you pain (gas, pulled muscles etc..) try getting up and taking a hot shower or bath, walk around a bit, and eventually perhaps you'll start feeling tired enough to actually sleep. It is 1am here,I am just lying here worrying now,I have had ECG but that was years ago,should I have another one??I take propranolol for migraines but they are also used for the heart?I am soooooo tired.
