Guys, sorry if this has been asked before - I've searched but can't find anything to confirm.
I'm new to Lustral and was wondering if there are going to be any issues with me continuing my magnesium and Vit B Complex? I am also planning to start Vit D with Calcium and L-Glutamine.
I'm sure there will be no issues but I wanted to make sure.
Cheers :)

Good morning El Lukio,
There are no reported interactions with L-glutamine, magnesium and your medicines. I have not seen any related to B-complex, for me I had to lay off the B6/B12 as I was a bit hyper with those.
I am now up to 5,000 mg/5 gams of L-Glutamine, and 250 mg of Magnesium in the morning on a empty stomach, for absorption. I began on 1,000 mg/1gram, and
upped to 5 grams of L-glutamine (adding one each day). I have heard it said you can go way up from there, but I'm going to stop there a while. I notice nothing, but
a calming effect, clarity, and sadness is gone. No fogginess, drowsiness, or funny feelings at all. Energy and calm. As I upped the L-glutamine daily I noticed a little
hyper feeling for about an hour. So today I dropped the Effexor (37.5) mg, and the hyper hour has not occurred. As you know L-glutamine is a neurotransmitter as it
crosses the blood brain barrier. This is known as GABA. Lots of people think you can take GABA, however it is good for the gut, bowel etc. GABA taken will not cross
blood brain barrier, so it can only help intestines. L-glutamine crosses over and converts to GABA. You'll be fine, keep us posted. I also added 3,000 mg of L-Arginine
a few days ago, this is a great vascodiolator, and delivers more water to muscles, I take NO FURY a six stars product (this can't be mixed with nitrates of any kind).
So read up on that if you like.
Peace Bro

I did that too 13,
Verified it all with Pharmacist. She was actually letting me in on some good info. Stated this stuff over the counter is better for you and she uses it instead of RX's. Oh this stuff has done away with the social stuff too, I can go anywhere and feel at ease. It's like wtf where did that social outside anxiety go?,, LOL Peace

My wife's cousin is a pharmacist too. Two doctors (her uncles) and a dentist. They all deal with this shit too. Life, divorce, death, anxiety, fears, depressions, suicides of children etc. It's a human condition, Being IS NOT there. Being is at peace unmoving, calm at all times, unchanging, it's here under the experience of the human thinking, reasoning, suffering. Head that direction> I'm headed that way too.:D Beings experiencing this human condition for a time is all to be enjoyed, it's the neutral things we place names onthru a negative filter I might add, change the filter.. Change the names. Options, and choices appear. A diabetic does not say hello my name is diabetes, nor does a panic anxiety sufferer meet a person and say HI I'm anxiety. See we are not the labels. If we are, bring me a bucket of fear. I'll give you 100 dollars or more for it. I wanna see it! Peace
