Paxil & exhaustion

Doc upped me to 20 mg paxil every morning and 1mg ativan 2x per day (I take at noon and at sleep time). I keep getting absolutely exhausted around 6pm. I'm talking, barely able to sit up with my eyes open. I'm not sure if it's the paxil, ativan, just my high anxiety days or all three.

All I know is I hate it!

Ugh, Paxil is no good for me. It made me tired, gave me dry mouth and uhhhh completely killed my sex drive. lol.

Back to the drawing board.
