Do a you experience ovulation pain.?? Having some lower dull but painful cramps in abdomen and in back . One sided.. of course I think the worse. But my ovulation day is today and tomorrow. And also ovulation pain is one sided. Just don't know if this is what it is. Please if have any suggestions . Thank you!!

Yeah, it's definately period pains. Unfortunately, mine are really severe and affects me for days! Take some Paracetamol, you should feel better. Hope you're okay now!

Oh yes I get this pain to and it can be really painful at times,have a warm bath some painkillers and a nice hot drink to help
