Panic attack or not?

Well today I had a funny turn I was fine one minute the next I was so dizzy I felt like I was in a different world like I was looking at someone else's life!!

Then I went all hot and clammy, I have had pressure behind my eyes all day and I lay down in bed and just instantly fell asleep!

Does this sound like a panic attack or a trip to the gp tomorrow?

It sounds like you didn't sleep well lastnight, and you pushed yourself too far and too hard today...nothing more. Nope, not a panic attack.

Get some real rest,....:)

I just cant sleep lately staying up until silly times then up to take my little girl to school I think is exhausting me
