Anyone have suggestions?

I have taken Inderal for the past almost 4 years for a fast heartbeat and pvcs. I am on a very tight schedule with them. You're supposed to take them every 8 hours so I take them at 6:30 am 2:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Well last night I fell asleep before 10:30 and my alarm never went off. I woke up at 1 in the morning with a pounding heart and realized I didnt take them so I took them right then and there. How can I get back to my normal schedule? I thought maybe taking them a half hour early all day today until I get back to a normal time but I'm freaking out thinking that will cause a overdose! I dont want to mess around with these too much since its a heart medication. I really dont want to skip a dose either because then my heart really races! Any suggestions?

Just start right back to where you were and don't worry about it friend...It's already in your system in substantial amounts after 4 years daily so just go back to business as usual..:)
