I'm now 4 weeks into upping my meds and have had some good days and some bad. I'm now due on my period too which may well have heightened my anxiety again.
Please tell me I'm going to be ok and not live like this for the rest of my life.
I find the mornings hard but on my good days I feel better by mid morning. A day like today doesn't feel good and the anxiety has been heavy all day :(
