Thank you everyone for having the courage to speak out and share your stories. It is nothing but inspiring and comforting to be part of a community like this. Ive been doing a lot of sub-conscious research and ways on reprogramming the sub-conscious which is approximately 90% of all habitual habits including anxiety. Im here to help as you are to help me, message of comment for any advice. I am also very involved in fitness so any workout or nutritional tips i can do my best to assist you. Blessings!

Hello.. I too am new to the site. You said that you are very involved in fitness.. I am trying to be. I am not in great shape, but a couple years ago, I used to run quite a bit. I just joined a GYM a few days ago. I am hoping to ease some of my anxiety with exercise. I haven't been to a gym in years, but figure its worth a shot. My anxiety brings me a great deal of shortness of breath and difficulty with exertion. I really hope I can work through it. I think it would help a great deal with my issues.
