I am super tired and I am dosing off but I get this feeling in my chest as if I have a shortage of breath and I have a fear of going to sleep an not waking up the feeling starts in my head than stomach than chest it's weird idk what to do in so scared

Just tell yourself that you know its anxiety and from now on you are paying it no attention
