happened again. a great afternoon ruined by a stupid nap.it like when i wake up i dont feel myself good.looks like sleep makes me like this. and has some logic in it, my problems were caused by an irrational fear of sleep. now i sleep but damn i wake up feeling lost like in a dream state thing.looks like my brain takes some to wake up. but i am keeping calm this time not freaking out not thinking bad things. any help how to cope please?

It has its ups and downs. Good that you're not freaking out. Don't take naps for more than 30 minutes. You'll go to a "deeper" state which isn't very comfortable to wake up from. And yeah, meditation will help you get back to the "center" of yourself. Wish you the best man!
