Newbie trying to cope

Hi everybody. I have been diagnosed with Gen Anxiety Disorder & Panic Disorder for years. I have periodic bouts but for the most part live okay with the help of Paxil and ativan (a crumb every couple of weeks).

Recently I was given a round of antibiotics (zithromax) that has thrown my system into a downward spiral. Can't eat. Not sleeping well. HAVE to take the ativan just to deal with the basics and haven't been to work for over a week.

I just needed to reach out to others and look for support.
