Hey guys i just joined and this is my first post, i didnt know who els to ask so i figured you all might be able to help me. Anyways all of my life whenever i get angry or know a confrontation is coming or might happen, i get a racy heart, fluttery feeling in my chest and start shaking a little. I usually just hold everything in. I never know what to say till the situation is done over with and by then my face is red and takes me like 30-45 mins to calm down and be relaxed again. Ive always tried to be a good person and make people happy and laugh. What should i do to overcome this? Does this happen with anyone els. Does this sound like anxiety?
