I'm on my second day of magnesium. Taking 375mg a day and I have to say that I feel a lot lighter then I did 2 days ago. I was suffering from a down depression time that usually last a week. And after 2 days of magnesium it's lifted. I still felt a few bouts of anxiety but I know it all comes in time. I don't think this is a wonder pill. But I do believe it has alot to do with some physiologically. It's not going to work completely on its own. We have to take the anxiety out of our life also.. :):)

I also take magnesium and I find that it helps me a lot!! I'm glad that it's working for you!! I agree with you that you need will power as well as the magnesium. The brain is a powerful thing!

Just started taking mine today along with Vit B complex. Will see how it goes :)

I take 1000mg/day for the fasciculations in my legs, split in to two doses. Mostly oxide.

Second day and seeing the results:)) Placebo effect, but whatever it is I am happy to see, that you feel better.:)

I didn't say it was completely gone, I said it's made me feel lighter. I still had 2 panic attacks yesterday (small ones) but I wasn't so depressed... I'm running with it
