lately as my stress and anxiety has been high again and i start to feel dizzy alot now and off balance i was wondering if anyone else has this :( ?

Most definitely an anxiety symptom, I hate feeling dizzy, that's the worst!

I've been experiencing this as well, it's been really freaking me out as I was thinking it was something really serious, it's a horrible feeling particularly if you have to sit at work all day and try and concentrate.
