so I went to see my psychiatrist today because of all this continued anxiety and instead of changing my meds, he increased my ativan and told me I could just stop taking the buspar since it doesn't seem to do much. My question to everyone...is this really a good idea? Shouldn't I wean off of it to avoid any rebound anxiety? I'm on the max dose, 30 mg twice a day. I'm concerned about going off anything "cold turkey."
