Question about lab results

Have a question please. First of all... Thank The Lord my testosterone , hormone levels and thyroid labs came back ok! I received my results today for my hdl cholesterol which was too low at 43..... My AIC glucose level which is 5.8% which is just past the borderline for high... However my triglyceride levels were 205 should be under 150. Of course I have lots of questions and this is truly a wake up call for me. Of course seeing my results made my anxiety full force but I'm really trying not to give into it.!!!! I was hoping someone could talk with me about their experiences. I don't want to be put on meds for this but I know I must start eating differently. any advice would be much appreciated

2. There isn't any number there that says you need medications.
3. What was your Doctors recommendations? Eat more egg yolks?

Thank you. I haven't reAlly been instructed what to do yet I'm assuming change diet lose weight etc. :). It just puzzled me because it came up79 points from 126 (normal) to 205 (high) since last April, and I've lost 20 pounds since then. By you talking about shots are you on insulin?

yeah what is it, I picture you as a small tiny woman, and the cholesterol is low, it is usually when you are very slim:)) I am proud of you too, no panicking :))
