Was sleeping and all I a sudden I get this major nausea I get up an I throw up fare throwing up my body in the inside is vibrating chest legs arms and idk why it where it came from and I'm extremely tired but this nausea is taking over whee did this vibrating feeling come from an why and on top of this I'm extremely tied my eyes keep closing I feel extremely weak
