Hey guys, after having several panic attacks i have realized that even when I'm at home peaceful watching t.v I just have this weird feeling inside that is basically with me 24/7. I mostly feel this weird sensation in my upper chest and throat. It feels like an emotiom but I'm not sure. What causes this feeling to occur. Does it ever go away? How can I get rid of it? It's very annoying and it just makes me feel strange and in a way stops me from feeling other things.
