(Low dose)
Wooziness/dizziness/feeling "out of it"
I take it on occasion and wanted to start the week out on a low-stress day. But I feel somewhat conscious. It isn't usually this bad? Do you guys have this problem?

I did the first time I took it, but don't now. I take it every night though.
It is possible it's the meds, but it also just be a mixture of things.
Hope you feel better :)

I've had good luck with this med.

I use .5mg during the day some days and 1mg every night.

it is common with meds.tell you the truth i had similiar things on lexapro but i managed to get over it.it takes patience.i used to wake up dead and go for a run, even though i had racing thoughts or different crazy stuff in the head.we are stronger than we think. im proof of that.

Thanks. :) I feel better now that I've got some food in my system. Sometimes days it seems to have a stronger effect than others, but I do feel calmer, so thank goodness for that. My energy level is so low, though. Perhaps that is the Prozac?

it is important to eat really really well.if you eat well and do exercises you will feel calmer.that is how body thinks.every single thing must be in place so you can fight the problem you have.low energy comes from lack of food sleep and anxiety.but if you sleep and eat well then it is from anxiety and it is easier to fight it.
