Just stumbled across this forum and thought I'd give it a go. Been on Fluoxetine 20mg / day for last 6 years now. Been feeling really Anxious lately, trying different things like vitamins and giving up / lowering caffeine intake so thought I'd try this to see if it helps.... :-)
