I just wanna cry

I don't like feeling like this. I feel light headed and nauseous. I'm drawing so much attention to it that it's making me ill... how do I stop this. I feel like it's a headache I can't feel or something. :( im very upset and frustrated right now.!!!!

I would say to find the way to relax. Years ago I just lied down and started to count from 100 to one, imagining going down the stairs, on the end of stairs was a garden...:) You may try it, it does not hurt :)

I lay down, in fine, I turn my head when I'm laying down I feel weird. I sit up I get nauseous. Ugh crying!!!
