Due to the anxiety issues I've been having amongst other things... You know, life, I have not been doing things that I used to that were important to me. Even small things. Just been trying to make it through the day and all that. I haven't had any personal goals. I have professional ones, but work is what stresses me the most so personal non work me has kind of been pushed to the side. I feelthem like I'm at a place where making small personal goals could be the best thing for me right now.

Here are some for this week:

Make a meal plan for two dinners and shop for and cook them
Iron all my work clothes
Bring my reusable shopping bags with me to the market.
Practice mindfulness while showering and brushing my teeth every day.

Feel free to post your own goals here or give me crap if I'm slacking on mine.
Remember that anxiety is not who you are, just something you are dealing with right now.
