Feeling sick in the tummy

Hi, just wondering if anybody else suffers from feeling yukky in the tummy for hours at a time? I am not sure if it's caused by being nervous which can then be a trigger for my anxiety which sucks. I have a few triggers for anxiety and a big one is sickness like gastro bugs. Just wondering if anybody else suffers with this same horrible feeling

Yes I do. My stomach has actually been my biggest issue these past few months. Im pretty sure it was caused by a series of panic attacks I was having on a daily basis for about 2 weeks.
Now I constantly feel ill especially after eating and when im hungry..
