Hey again everyone,
I'm looking to get into exercising again but an issue I have is with body and muscle tension. When I get my heart rate up, I know I get more nervous and tense. A level of tenseness is probably normal during physical activity but I think I tense up very easily and it usually takes a toll on my body and exhausts me. Any tips or help? Thanks guys!
