I haven't been able to get to sleep properly for about a week now does anyone have any tips please?

Valerian root can be pretty helpful if your problems quite mild.

So many ways to buy it and take it too.

My remedy goes back to what Jesus (sorry Ponder) was consuming while he was rockin the desert with what we now call flip flops

A glass of wine levels me out for a great sleep

There is this super nice tea you can get in supermarkets called pukka tea - a bit expensive but their 'night time' tea is really amazing, it has some valerian in and chamomile and it tastes really nice and mild - in fact I think I'm going to go and make some right now!
