Lol nice feet moustache girl! :)

If you cut the soft gel in half, it will pop and the liquid will go everywhere, no??

They make magnesium you can drink or bathe in if you can't take them

They do put special coating on them to make sure they swallow easy, but those do look massive :-O

I cut mine in half to take them, works well.

If you can, you can cut them in half, or puncture them and put the liquid onto a spoon to swallow

Dannnng... those are big. So I have 250mg mag citrate... and to had oxide. One day I took 2mag oxide cause I thought that they were Tylenol. And 2days later I had the best anxiety free day in years.. was it just a coincidence

Maybe not? Magnesium really can relax you! It's called natures muscle relaxer lol

Only problem is you can't take *too*much or it upsets your stomach and messes up your balances. I take 4-500mg of citrate. I feel good on it. Calm. I started at 250mg and just built up to a level I liked.

Have you taken it yet?

But I took that oxide by accident and 2days later I felt great .. but I heard oxide is not the best form. That was 2 x 250 so I took 500mg at one time. But it was oxide Lol so I wish I knew if that's why I felt the way I did that day. :/ .. have u had success in your mag

Hey Matty,

If you want to make a new thread on the phone app (if that's what you're using), open the section you wanna post in, eg select Community Board, then select the Welcome section...

When you're in the section you want..

In the top right hand corner, there's a little box with an arrow coming out of it. Press that and you can selection the option to start a new thread.

I ordered some, just came in last night. Bach Rescue Remedy. Took it, three times, 4 drops under tongue. It hasn't rescued me yet she's still yelling at me.:D I think it makes me tired

a bit, but I'll keep you posted. Peace

I'd say Kalms like the man says might be a better choice. I like herbal, not sure about the homeopathic yet?
