Weight fluctuations

A part of my 'thing' I'm obsessed with my weight. Before Christmas I dropped about 7lbs through not eating properly. I put it back on but it varies by a few pounds a week - up and down. This obviously adds to my worries.

Anyone else have something like this?

You are not alone in it, In the last year or two I probably put on two stones. I can not stop eating , and i think is the meds, and lack of panic attacks :))
