Went to bed at 3 am woke up at 8am feeling great
If I sleep at 3am and wake up at 11am I feel horrible all day... weird how things work..

Most people like us, are struggling to get at least 6 hours of sleep. I take pills but sometimes it takes hours to go to sleep. Some nights are good some not. :)

Waking really early and clock watching gets me. That seems to be the pattern of things at the moment. I'm wide awake at 4am and feel I could get up and do a days work but if I manage to drift off until the alarm at 6 I feel like shit.
