Feeling relaxed as usual no anxious at all and I'm getting random pains in my chest arm and neck :/ :(

Random pains defiantly sounds like anxiety/stress. No matter how relaxed you feel I think the anxiety always burns away quietly in the background and just reminds you it's still there by doing things like this. Hope everything works out.

I'm never really anxious tbh but these pains just happen everyday and it's got to be the arm chest and neck of all things :/ I'm use to the arm and chest pain but the neck pain has just started
