Stuck again please help

Last night I slept on a huge pillow. My head was a lot higher then my body and I slept laying on my arm. Now my whole right side of back, neck and face is kind of tingly. I'm freaking. Is the face tingly a norm thing . Is it a muscle making this happen. Idk what to think..

Yes I think you just slept on that area wrong...and probably just pinched a nerve or something. ......doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
