I have a fear of ________
I can worry or even obsess over it.
But this time, I'm going to do something different
I'm not going to react to it,
I'm also not going to stop it
It's a feeling I've had..
And it's a feeling that will continue if I let it....

Observe it
Label the feeling
Watch your actions
Let it go

Your fear will go away!!!
