pain in my chest on and off all day :-(

I know the pain is my anxiety playing up just feel like breaking down constanly thinking im going to have a heart attack when I know heart problems dont run in the family and ive never had any problems 4 years ago before suffering with anxiety :-(

So sorry, Sazaroo.. I know the feeling. Pain on and off ALL day in the chest. I'll be reasonably okay for the first half of the day, but near the end, the brain just gets SO tired of telling yourself that you're not going to have a heart attack.. It's exhausting to say the least, so for now, try to focus on something you enjoy doing.. You will be okay. You haven't had a heart attack and you won't.. :)

I wonder if anxiety is causing your BP high, it does to me, and I have heart pain. when is down the pain dissapears, I hope you will feel better soon:)
