A weird feeling in my right eye constantly having to get out of this daze I'm getting this vibrating feeling in between my eyes kinda above my nose it's making me worry and worry getting me emotional and crying as if I'm going crazy idk why this is happening to me I'm noticing and paying attention to everything my body is doing and in my head I know it a normal but it's not allowing me to just forget and realize that seeing my shadow isn't annoying it's normal seeing movements and shadows if my body and clothes when watching tv is normal but I have this feel that something is wrong with my eyes and it's and it's making me depressed not knowing what to do

These are common symptoms of anxiety! You're obsession over what you're feeling is OCD related. Hypersensitivity to body aches/pains, etc. is part of the anxiety and so goes the cycle. Try and focus your thoughts elsewhere...I know, easier said than done. Do you take meds?

Scared but you're on Zoloft already? Or you're scared to start? I was on Paxil a while back and it helped. So much so that I was able to wean myself off. The way I see it is the meds can be helpful to get you to a "balanced" state or stable state of mind. Then you can work on yourself, focus, and motivate yourself to get better. I know the Paxil worked for my OCD because I would do like you, obsess to the point of frenzy!!!
