My legs are like that today too and I had a bad back in December. Sadly it's part and parcel of anxiety and depression I've come to understand :(

Im not sure really i have asked my dr in a letter if i could be checked for vitamin deficancys i think the weather dont help either

Yes your right the weather don't help why don't you go and get some vit D anyway and see if it helps you

You know I've never had my vitamin levels checked. But then I've got a massive fear of doctors and hospitals as part of my anxiety so I'm reluctant to get it checked...

I have a fear of dentist and death and next week i have to go to the dentist at the hospital about a wisdom tooth and guess what its right next to the mortury so im not looking forward to that at all!
