Well i thought id give it a try not the best taste but not the worst either also got some berocca might stop me feeling so tired!

Camomile tea is really good for settling nerves and it's really good for your digestive system!

Berocca is also really good! Try some magnesium also! :)

Can i take magnesium with berocca coz it has a small amount in already?

Yeah I don't see why not? If you are worried, take the magnesium later in the day with food!

I've had some in my cupboard for about a week still not tried it yet lol do tho add sugar in it or is it ok without

I just don't like the taste of chamomille either Lucy, I'm right there with you. It just doesn't inspire me to drink it.

Some people add honey to it? Dunno if that will make it anymore enjoyable for you

I dont add sugar it was ok with out i made my partner one and he had sugsr but he didnt like it he wanted a cup of tea lol he was expecting milk in it lol

Yeah i asked if he wanted to try it he was a bit disapointed lol. I dont think it really has a taste i think maybe cardboard not that ive eaten that befor lol x

Anything that is suppose to 'calm me' sends me over.. I think it's because I'm so go go all the time the feeling if calmness freaks me lol not sure

I drink Yogi Calming Tea.....sooooooo good. I drink it more for the taste but it definitely calms me somewhat.

I think that the drinking tea is calming process. Coffee gives me a kick but tea always calms me down, does not matter what tea. I will drink any herbal tea without the sugar or honey....
I am not surprised your man expected milk in camomile tea. My son puts milk in his green tea which I find gross
