I am new here and wanted to intro myself. I am a 34 year old male living in Massachusetts.

I have had Social Phobia for over 4 years now, and am still dealing with it. Hope that I and everyone else can find something helpful here.

Hi Erin

I'm new too. Knowing that there are so many of us helps me a lot. I'm not sure that any of my family or friends (all 2 of them!) really KNOWS how it feels. I guess that's why there are only 2 friends :(
