I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I wish I could give you some great advice but I too experience these horrifying palps. I've been doing this for three years. Please hang in there! Are you feeling any better now?

I would say 90% of my posts have something to do with these sensations and palps. I've been checked out too many times to count but I still can't ease my find. Well wishes to you :)
