Hey Everyone...

Hope you are all doing well!! I bought some magnesium tablets a little while ago but they kinda got shoved in the cupboard and forgotton about and I came across them this morming so I though I would take one! I have felt sooo good today!! It's really strange but that one magnesium tablet has made me feel a whole lot better than my meds has!! Is this psycological?? I don't really get how a vitamin can do a job better then a med actually put together to target anxiety!!

Hmmm strange... any feedback??

Hard to say if it's psychological or not but who cares!

I read a study yesterday about migraines

They have a drug that reduces migraines by 10 a month based on their study

The group that received a placebo had 12 less migraines a month

Go figure, huh?

I'm glad you're feeling so well today

pop another tomorrow and start a habit of feeling good everyday

Magnesium is essential to energy production by nerves and cells. It's also the most common deficiency in women, so it kind makes sense that boosting your mg would help!

I just recently began Magnesium Chloride ( slo mag). It was the only mag chloride I could find. I know there is a liquid which I prefer but I've yet to find it. Glad you're doing well.
Peace

This is all chemical so it makes sense. Just like the meds work to affect us chemically, vitamins wood have the same effect. I'm not a doctor but...ok, kidding but seriously, whatever it is that helps affect your mood in such a positive way, go with it. Happy for you...

This magnesium of course is a mineral so more is not better. Read the article on this site about amino acids and magnesium. Also I find vitamin D3 helps and most people are not

getting enough of it either. Our foods are not the best, gmo's, glutens, antibiotics, etc. Peace
