Good Morning all. I'm at work and really suffering bad with panic. They are not panic attacks as I know what they feel like but more just a horrible feeling of panic and anxiety. I'm completely tensed up and my breathing is very short and shallow. Help me!

Don't worry drink water and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and count to four as you breath out and just try to clear you mind as you count out the breaths in your head
