Problems speaking

Hey. I'm have problems speaking, in particular while recording. Every time I go to start i just can't speak and it feels like theres a knot in my throat, which can get quite painful sometimes. I've had other anxieties which i've been working on but the techniques i've used for calming down don't work here. and it doesn't really feel like i'm overly anxious or anything, i'm just mostly calm while at the same time unable to speak. Can anyone help?

It's all normal. The anxiety u r suffering, is the more normal and less crippling anxiety!! Use calming techniques to help you dear!!:)

I go through the same thing! I just prepare myself before speaking my drinking water and doing breathing exercises.
