Pain that moves all over body...does anyone else get this?

Does anyone experience this? I go from having pain in my lower back, to my pelvis, to my stomach, now in my chest...all in one day.

I am so messed up. It makes me think I have 50 different illnesses in one day. My doctor is going to think I am a looney bird...

I am thinking I may have Fibromyalgia....I also think I may have ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, IBS, ulcers, cysts, ect....

Yes, I've been experiencing the same thing lately. So far, I've managed to self diagnose throat cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, tapeworms, fibromyalgia, ovarian cysts (even though I don't have ovaries) and a host of other things. Is it any of these? Nope. Just internal tension from anxiety. I'll bet good money that yours is, too.
