Million thoughts about millions of things ... Good , bad, scary , worry, fear, guilt, my brain is on thought overload 24 /7. Never a peaceful moment. How can I get it to slow down and brhave

Right there with ya, Blessed. When it slows down and I notice, I'm like "wow that's what normal felt like". We'll get it back hopefully sooner than later.

They are your threads in the last 5 days....When you go back in general discussion you will find them, a lot of the same ones. :) it would be good for you to read some literature about anxiety Blessed. Knowledge, often is the key to start fighting with it, taking about it all the time, makes it worse, you need some diversion and some hobbies so you can occupy your mind, and find the happiness in your life, small steps....
